How to know if there is a small hole in condom after sex?

If there was a lot of semen in the condom while it is still on and if there is a hole in it would the semen squirt out under pressure or would it be noticeable?

Just blow it up when you're done. A hole in it makes it pop very easily, and even if it doesn't pop the air will leak. It can be wise to empty it from sperm before testing it.
If you want to be on the very safe side, use a good quality condom plus some other form of birth control. Never put on more than one condom at a time, as they tend to scratch one another.
